Kobe Bryant has teamed up with ESPN in his retirement from the NBA, to produce a short film explaining how to defend the league’s greatest players.

Bryant mainly focuses on LeBron James, examining his habits and routines to explain how to slow down the Cavaliers star.

Bryant ultimately says to guard James, you have to understand his physiological and tactical tendencies, and the basketball gods have to be in your favor, too.
