Kobe Bryant’s 19-year-old daughter, Natalia Bryant, and the LAPD both believe a stalker with a criminal past is doing everything he can to track her down, according to TMZ.
Natalia has taken out a restraining order against the man, 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp, whose attempts to contact her allegedly stretch back to when she was just 17.
She claims he’s “under a delusion they have a romantic relationship” despite the two never meeting, according to the report.
Kemp even showed up Natalia’s sorority house at USC and one of her classes, per TMZ.
He is also in the process of buying at least one gun and the sale is expected to be “imminent”. Documents obtained by TMZ say he has threatened to buy both an AK-47 and a fully automatic Glock.
“She says he has done everything he can to find her ever since, and she is living in constant fear. He showed up at her sorority house at USC,” wrote TMZ. “Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ he also allegedly showed up at one of her classes and was roaming the building.
“It gets much scarier. According to the docs, Kemp is in the process of buying at least one gun — the docs say the sale is imminent. The docs go on to say he has threatened to buy both an AK-47 and a fully automatic Glock.”
Kemp supposedly wants to have a “Kobe-like child” with Natalia, and has been arrested for at least four different crimes in the past.
A final ruling on Natalia’s restraining order request has yet to be made.
